Whopping 40 kg Weight Loss By An Indian From The UAE

As I grow up , I would eat a lot of fatty foods, sweets, chocolates and all. I started to gain weight drastically. I still remember when my friends told to me start a healthy life and from that pint of time, I decided to start my weight loss journey with the help of my best buddy and master PUNEET RAO.

NAME : Siddharth

HOW DID YOUR WEIGHT AFFECT ANY ASPECT(S) OF YOUR LIFE?  My weight affected my ability to socialize. I couldn’t do anything what I wanted to do . Yes I would always shy to dance because I couldn’t dance but my friends would always support me and encourage me to dance.

WHAT WAS THE “TURNING POINT” THAT GOT YOU STARTED ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY?  I was rapidly gaining a lot of weight and my belly fat was increasing day by day.   I had also developed breathing issues and my health was on an all-time low.   My best friends understood that I needed to reduce weight and focus on my health.   That’s why I decided to get back in shape.  My master PUNEET RAO and My Best Buddies PALLAVI,RICHA,DIPTESH,SHWETA and KANCHAN are the main reasons to start my weight loss journey.

HOW DID YOU GET STARTED?  My Master And My Coach PUNEET RAO started to train me and guide me what to eat and what not to eat.
He helped me in every aspect of my journey and made sure I wouldn’t give up on any point of time. He was behind my back all the time which his dedication and efforts towards me.

HOW LONG AFTER YOU STARTED DID YOU BEGIN TO SEE RESULTS OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS?  I started my journey on Jan 3rd 2019 , after 27 days I started to easy drastic change in me. Then I never stopped and continued to achieve my goals. Then after 4 months I lost 30 kg and I was very shock to see the change in me so fast. All thanks to my master and coach PUNEET RAO who is the main reason for my transformation.

DID YOU EVER WANT TO GIVE UP? WHAT KEPT YOU GOING?  Yes after day 3, I wanted to give up . I messaged my coach PUNEET RAO and told me that I couldn’t continue and I will stop. But he said don’t worry buddy, i am there to help you out. Just don’t give up. Remember this having “PATIENCE” and being “DISCIPLINE” is the key to success. So I followed his foot steps and continued my journey.

DID YOU HIT ANY WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAUS? HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THEM?  I don’t remember having any plateaus, but I also was in it for the long game, so I might have had them and I didn’t stress out about them because I knew in the long run that the number on the scale didn’t matter, just how I felt in my skin!

HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO LOSE MOST OF THE WEIGHT?  I lost around 40 kg in less than months !

DID YOU HAVE ANY NON-SCALE VICTORIES?  The only way this worked for me long-term was that most of my victories were non-scale victories!   I celebrated throwing away my too-big exercise pants, I celebrated each time I chose fruits and veggies over cookies, I celebrated each workout I completed. In my mind I thought, “You’ve hung on to those old prom dresses for forever, it’s just too bad they’d never fit you now. But wait?” And those dresses fit me perfectly!

WHAT DOES YOUR DAILY DIET LOOK LIKE COMPARED TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?  When I was obese, I would eat al, fast food like pizzas, burgers , ice-cream , chocolates and lots of aerated drinks. Eating this daily rapidly increased my weight. I would rarely eat any veggies actual I hate veggies and only eating non vegetarian foods

HOW DOES YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY COMPARE TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?  I’d workout 6 days a week for about an hour and half. The workouts were given by my coach PUNEET RAO. We would do a mix of weight training, strength training , CrossFit training etc..
