I’ve tried everything over the years. Well…almost everything. I assumed that Weight Watchers
was just a “eat fruits and vegetables and everything else in moderation” diet. Well…it is, but it is so much more. My employer hosted the meetings at work otherwise I never would have tried it. Mid-way through the first week I knew that this is the plan I would follow for the rest of my life. The word “No” is never used; the focus is on what you CAN do. There is a mental change that happens that facilitates the physical one. The positive mindset is huge in my success. With every other diet, if I slipped up, I gave up. Never again. I really don’t slip up anymore. I work special occassions into the plan so a piece of cake is no longer the enemy! I’ve lost 60 pounds in the past 11 months and I have a ways to go still, but I will make it to my goal! The weightloss journey is different for everyone and I’m so happy that I didn’t give up!
