Biggest Hurdle: Working the night shift (at Z100 radio inNew York City). I’m always exhausted, so it’s hard to cook healthy meals and work out.
I Overcame It By: Staying positive. I think if I had a normal sleep schedule, I would’ve lost more weight by now, but stressing over it just makes things worse.
Staying positive helps me stick to my goals and keeps me going—working out and eating the best I can.
