Review: Shake Alarm – The Dumbbell Alarm Clock

By  |

Shake alarmThis ain’t your mamma’s Shake Weight!

With the Shake Alarm, you will have to wake up to 30 biceps curls – the only way to make your alarm go quiet.

Fortunately you cannot cheat this because the internal motion sensors detect exactly how many reps you have done, and also if they have been done in the correct way.

The countdown timer on the side of the dumbbell-shaped alarm will count down your reps – 30 to 0 with no excuse – helping you buff a little bit every morning and start your days greatly motivated.

BTW, at $20, this makes a super cute fitness gift for a friend!! [easyazon-cta align=”none” asin=”B00CDJ5DEY” height=”28″ key=”amazon-us-wide-orange” locale=”us” width=”176″]

I have a few dumbbells that I’d like to turn off. All that I have to do is 30 bicep curls? Cool!!…Oh….I’m sorry…I was thinking 30 uppercuts……
