I’ve been chubby all my life. But it wasn’t until I took a consulting job and got into and relationship that I just let go of my health completely. I would eat until it hurt, anything and everything. It wasn’t until my family started worrying about me til I realized something had to give. This year I took up crossfit, started intermittent fasting, and even eating keto and managed to drop 42lbs. I still have a ways to go but I’m learning to love myself and treat my body right.
