Ingredients:

¼ cup diced silken tofu
¼ cup frozen raspberries, 6 set aside for garnish
1 mango, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 ½ cups freshly squeezed orange juice

Preparation:

Combine all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish each serving with the frozen raspberries.
