It was a beautiful day and I just wanted to leave. I was in a lot of pain and embarrassed that I couldn’t walk with my grandson and son who were visiting NC. 56 yrs old and I felt old and tired.

 

Then I saw Jennifer Hudson walk the red carpet. Oh my, if Weight Watchers helped her lose weight, I thought maybe me, too! 3-1-11 I pulled the door open at a WW meeting. 327.8# was my weight!! No wonder I was in pain!!!!!! I met wonderful people who are like me and we work together at improving ourselves!!!

IT WORKS, IT WORKS, IT WORKS!!!!!! I am so improved at 58 yrs old. I have lost 178# and feel sooo good!!! I have learned to eat healthy and live a better life.

 

Recently we had a family vacation and I climbed to the top of a lighthouse!! Many steps and a small opening at the top!! Yeah, I fit through the opening and walked around the outside with my family enjoying the view. NO LIMPING this trip.

 

Please believe that you can, too. The body is a really cool thing. I healed with time in the pool. I walked backwards in the water to build strength in my knee and also walk with friends and family instead of the familiar gatherings around the table to eat.
No more pain and less meds! My life is so improved and yours can, too. Never doubt what strength is in YOU!!!
