Learn their workout tips get inspiration! | TheWeighWeWere.comIm 39 years old and I started my weight loss journy when I was 30. I lived the beginning of my adult life miserable and alone. When I was 30 my marriage split up and I took up “running” to work on my stress. Slowly the weight started to come off. I began to run more and more and go to the gym 2 days a week. Running turned into entering in to races and last year I ran my first half marathon. I couldn’t believe it that it was me achieving such goals. Now I spend my lunch at work every day exercising. I run, spin, lift weights and just started cross fit training thanks to a phys ed teacher and coach where I work. Everyday I am amazed that I am actually this strong person who is capable of pushing through any obstacle. I never knew this was who I am. I have now lost around 40 pounds. Never really “dieted” I still enjoy chicken wings and french fries. ha ha.. but gave up soda and I eat sensibly every day and indulge about once a week. The key for me is there is no excuse for skipping a work out. That keeps the weight off.
