I have always been some one who enjoyed walking and peddle bike riding. So I always did that. So I kepted up with that. And also changed my eating habbits to healthy choices and a varitiety. Lots of fruits, vegtables, chicken and fish. With medication changes and hard efforts of exercise and eating healthy. I am proud to say, when my husband returned a year later. I lost 120 pounds. And with in four months after he was home, I lost the last 50 pounds. So I lost a total of 160 pounds. I feel and look so much better. And it was my husbands second deployment. Though hard on the both of us. The wieght loss, kept me focused on some thing positive to surprize him with. And mostly for myself, to be healthier, to be able to be fit and do more for myself, and with him. I have posted two before pictures and one after picture of my weight changes in the last four years!!!! With a lot of hard effort, determination, support from family and friends, mostly for yourself and your health. I think any one can accomplish weight loss and keeping fit…
