“The turning point for me was when I could not wear a size 20 anymore – I was not buying bigger clothes [than that],” she says.
Callahan followed Weight Watchers’ Core Plan. “A typical breakfast for me might be grits, fruit and a glass of skim milk. For lunch, I might have a grilled chicken salad,” she says.
“For dinner, I might have a lean piece of meat, ground turkey patty and a couple of vegetables. I usually have two snacks a day.” She weighs 154 pounds.
