Read her success story! Before and after fitness success motivation from women who hit their weight loss goals and got THAT BODY with training and meal prep. Learn their workout tips get inspiration! | TheWeighWeWere.comMy name is Michelle and I have lost 137 pounds in the last 2 years.

In January 2011 I weighed in at 357. I couldn’t breathe. I ate, slept, and worked and that was it. I was getting to the point where I was scared of dying. A wife and a mother or 2 young girls, I needed to take care of myself.

I joined an online website called Sparkpeople. They have an amazing calorie/exercise tracker. The first few months all I could do is walk. Slowly I increased my exercise. Month by month I was shedding pounds and by the end of July I had lost 100 pounds.

Since then I have lost another 37 pounds with some struggle in 2012. I started feeling bad in February and I went to the doctor. I ended up having 3 heart stents put in. I was sick. I am only 30 years old. The doctor told me if I wouldn’t have lost the weight the previous year it could have been much worse. Probably open heart surgery.

I’m looking forward to reaching my goal weight this year.
I started my own Facebook page named “Leaving Obesity Behind” where I currently have 10,700 followers. I’m hoping I can motivate others, and let them know they can change their life through changing your diet and exercise.

Thank you!
