Dinner may be blanched spinach, steamed vegetables or whole-wheat pasta with grilled salmon or chicken
Kirk’s biggest challenge?
Going on a cruise in May
…and being surrounded by all-day buffets.
“I was a little nervous about it,
…but we were so active
…and we did so much walking and excursions -walking on the beach is incredible exercise – I wasn’t hungry,” she says.
