3 tablespoons broccoli sprouts
1/2 tablespoon roasted sunflower seeds
½ teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fill center of the avocado with sprouts. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
