Serves 1
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 ounce fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 ounce greek yogurt
½ teaspoon powdered ranch dressing mix
½ teaspoon Paprika
Slice celery stalks into 3” pieces. In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, yogurt, and ranch dressing mix. Spread into the center of each piece of celery. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve and enjoy!
