Purchase shelled edamame (also known as Mukimame) from the freezer section of most grocery stores. Though this may be a new and unfamiliar treat, it’s now a common snack that’s easy to find. Packed with soy protein, and so fun to snack on, you can cut the spicy flavor by using sesame oil instead of hot sesame oil. Both will be available in the Asian aisle of your local grocer.
