½ cucumbers or 1 baby cucumber
2 tablespoons hummus
4 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil

Slice cucumbers in half. Spread a tablespoon of hummus down the center of the cucumbers. Top with halved cherry tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil, if desired.
