1 cup dark coffee, cooled
1 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 ounces tofu, almond butter, or peanut butter
4 drops stevia

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses. Serve and enjoy, sprinkle with a touch of cocoa powder, if desired.
