Low Glycemic Recipe 2-Layer PB & J Sipper – 190 Calories

This protein-rich smoothie is whipped into two layers. One peanut butter, the other a sweet layer of strawberry smoothie! A delicious smoothie that will give you the familiar flavor of a Peanut Butter sandwich, without a bite of sandwich!

Serves 2
2 tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter
2/3 cup fat-free milk or unsweetened dairy-free milk
½ cup ice
½ cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup water
8 drops stevia
2 tablespoons fat-free whipped topping

Place peanut butter, skim milk, ice, and 4 drops of stevia in a blender. Blend until pureed. Spoon into the bottom of two small glasses. Clean blender, then blend frozen strawberries, water, and the 4 remaining drops of stevia until pureed. Spoon on top of the peanut butter layer. Top with a dollop of fat-free whipped topping, if desired.
