I had decided to lose the wieght after a friend had lost 135 pounds and I was really tired of looking at myself in the mirror. I was considering lap band surgery. I decided to try to lose without surgery. I joined Weight Watchers at Work, then continued at the center. I use the E-Tools EVERY day. My 13 year old son calls me tiny now.

People who haven’t seen me in a while are totally amazed at how I look.

I’m very proud of myself and plan to continue down to my goal of 135 and stay there.
