Learn their workout tips get inspiration! | TheWeighWeWere.comI was 237 lbs and depressed and stressed, for a few years, then one day after i got free membership to my local gym, with the silver sneakers program, under medicare,i joined a gentle yoga class and went three timesa week and ate healthy food and took a protien drink daily, i had an epifiney in yoga when the instructor said let it go, i really did and let all the bad things go and lost 100 lbs while getting healthier, others can do it, i want to help them, have them call or email me and i will help them do what i did.
