Biggest Hurdle: Exercise. I didn’t really know where to start, and I didn’t want to do it alone.

I Overcame It By: Working out with my trainer, AJ, four times a week. At first I couldn’t even do basic exercises like lunges and squats, but AJ has taught me how to do those and much more. Now I thoroughly look forward to the gym as “me time.”
