Girl’s lifestyle change must match boy’s.
9/7/2013 – Boy and Girl’s 1-year anniversary (217lb & 163lb). Whew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Combined weight loss (108lbs).
No gym memberships. No weight loss program memberships. No trainers. No fads. Simply used a nutritional guide and exercised. Trainers, gyms, shakes, and weight loss programs are great investments. Use them. Use whatever means you have. However, don’t use not being financially able to afford these things as an excuse. We didn’t and we actually saved money in the process. Bought groceries, prepared our own meals (processed food almost extinct), brown-bagged lunches, worked out at home with equipment found on Craig’s List, and selected a number of non-equipment styled exercises. Because we do the right things 90% of the time, we don’t sweat date nights, vacations, or family gatherings. Heck, the things we eat on a regular basis are things we enjoy anyway. If you are one of those who always say “you can’t do that” or “you will not give up this”, you’ll never be able to change your body, because you have to change your mind first.
Oh yeah…if you were not keeping up with the timeline. I lost my 25lbs in three months.
