I Overcame It By: Relying on the other Slimdown bloggers for ideas to keep it fresh. For example, I started experimenting with recipes. I love Joy’s Grilled Chicken Parmesan. To mix it up, I sometimes substitute large mushrooms for the chicken. Exercising more has also been key.
