Biggest Hurdle: Relying on too many artificially sweetened foods and drinks, which may have been contributing to some of my food cravings.
I Overcame It By: Eliminating sweeteners, which you have to do in step 1 of the plan. It was tough (I was cranky!). But once I got through that first week I felt so much better. I still eat some things that are artificially sweetened, but I limit myself to one or two a day.
