Weight Loss Before and After: I Lost 35 Pounds By Hitting The Gym
I weighed around 177 lbs last August and was considered obese at the height of 5’4”. I started going to the gym and cutting down unhealthy
food bit by bit. I started going to gym classes running a mile and a half then 3 miles and now 4 miles and some. I have dropped to around 142 lbs and no longer considered obese. Due to cutting junk food and anything thats considered unhealthy. I eat very healthy food and dont drink soda and I exercise every single day. I run and go to gym classes.
