I lost weight for good at age 58!

Until the day I stumbled upon the Medifast website while researching gastric bypass (I was THAT desperate). I tipped the scale at nearly 300 lbs and when sent to the ER with a chest pains the nurse said,
“I think I’ll need the BIG SCALE for you.” That did it, that was my AHA moment…and I joined Medifast the following week. To my amazement I lost ALL the weight and got to goal — for the first time in over 25 years. I went from a size 24W to a size 12. And along the way became a ‘gym nut’! Now I do Spinning, Pilates, weight training, and Yoga! And I’m MAINTAINING my weight loss which is even more amazing….over 7 months and counting.
Oh – did I mention I also have severe Fibromyalgia? Diagnosed in 1999 I had such pain I couldn’t go up a flight of stairs. But now I can work out in the gym! And I’m sleeping better, have more energy, and less pain. My FMS symptoms will never disappear entirely, but it’s nice to know I can finally control my FOOD addiction, anyway and stop “feeding” my pain!
Believe me, if I can lose weight at age 58, with menopause issues, fibromyalgia, an aversion to exercise and a metabolism that was slow as molasses, ANYONE can lose weight. I was pre-diabetic but now my blood sugar is normal. I lost over 75 lbs! Want to learn more?
