Wow. You look amazing. Every day I look at before and after pictures hoping and praying that one day this will be me. I start every morning with a new diet but end up going crazy and breaking it at some point during the day. I am so confused what to eat what not to eat. Low carb high protein calorie control. It’s so overwhelming. I’m so ashamed of how I look I never buy clothes or go anywhere I don’t have too. I just weighed yesterday and it 283. And I know I weigh more today. I’m 52 years old and it’s not getting any easier. My body hurts from working 12 hour shifts as a nurse and I feel like I’m 80! Years old some times I hope to find what works for me and maybe just maybe something will click in my brain and I’ll be able to make it work. I pray that someone reads this and can help me. I feel so worthless cause I can’t seem to help my self. Keep up the good work.

Debbie, it’s been over a year and not sure if you’re in the same predicament, but if you are: hang in there! I’m in the exact same boat. I don’t seem to be going anywhere as far as weight loss and my appetite is ever increasing. I sabotage myself each and every day by day’s end. I feel so hopeless. :-/
