I LOST 340lbs
Just 4 1/2 years ago, I weighed in at a mere 490lbs.
I knew that my chidren needed a healthy mom so nmo more fad diets…or diet pills.. the good ‘ol fashioned way, through diet and exercise, I have lost a total of 340lbs!
My goal everyday when I wake up is to inspire one person each day to get up and change their life.
I hope through this success story that it will inspire and give people the motivatation they need to get started!
