I have gained and lost (and gained again) more than I can count. This January, God changed my heart and flipped a switch in me. I eat healthy foods because I want to, I enjoy working out, and life is good. My preferred method is Weight Watchers, but there’s no secret. Enjoy your life, eat healthy foods that taste good, and move! I feel better than I ever have, and the way I look on the outside is just a bonus. I even have a blog where I write about my successes and struggles (http://www.healthybeautifulblessed.com). I have lost 100.2 pounds in 11 months. I know who I am and I like who I am for the first time in years. I’m not quite an “after” yet, but I’m getting there. I don’t even recognize the girl in that before picture.
