How I Lost It
I fill up on fiber. I start my day with cereal that contains at least 10 grams of fiber per serving, like Fiber One.
I prepare in advance. I cook healthy and versatile foods like grilled chicken, brown rice, and black beans on Sundays and then use them in wraps or salads for lunch throughout the week.
I reward myself. If I had a good week, ate well, and went to the gym at least three times, I treat myself to something fun like a manicure.
