How ACE saved my life
I started ACE February 26, 2012. My starting weight was 459 pounds. Before ACE I consumed at least 3000 calories a day between pop, drinks, food and snacks. I was a horrible snacker! The only time that I would drink water was when I was sick with a cold or flu. I drank AT LEAST 2 liters of Coke a day!
When I started ACE, I had no faith that it would work, I figured that it was another “diet” pill that someone wanted me to try because I was obese. So I tried it.
The FIRST day I took ACE I didn’t drink pop! I wanted water! I have not had pop since 2/26/12! That was HUGE for me! Then by day 3 my feet were smaller! I put on my shoes and they were big on me.
I used to carry A LOT of water weight in my legs. So I knew that the ACE was at least getting the water weight off. Then day 10, I had to go to a health assessment for our insurance. They like to weigh, measure, poke you etc. I stepped on the scale knowing that I was 459, 10 days ago. I stepped on, and then stepped off. Then I told the nurse to do it again because I couldn’t believe my eyes….stepped on again….442 POUNDS!! I LOST 17 POUNDS IN 10 DAYS!!!!!
And then it went from there. In the first month I lost almost 40 pounds, then 50, then 77 pounds in month 4 and then I hit 100 pounds gone in month 7!!!!
I went from a person that sat at home, ashamed to go in public and neglecting the memories that I could be making with my family….to someone that LOVES to go out in public!! I love the positive reactions that I get from the people in my community now!! I am not known as the obese girl I am now known as the ‘ACE’ girl!!!
My life is SO much better now! I am happy, my marriage is better because I am not depressed all the time, I am able to keep up with my son and my friendships are better too!!!

And now….the question I get asked everyday! What did I do to lose the weight?
This is what I do EVERYDAY!
When I wake up I take 2 ACE with 8 ounces of water. Then about 15-20 minutes later I eat breakfast. Breakfast consists of a ToppFast shake with 1% milk, and a 90 calorie Special K bar. Then WATER until lunch. For lunch I eat salads, lean pockets, turkey or ham sandwiches with 12 grain bread, some fruit, low calories crackers, stuff like that and 1% milk. Then between 1-3 pm I take one more ACE with 8 oz of water. Then dinner time. I eat a lot of white meats; chicken, turkey, fish. I have a veggie and usually pasta or another side. My portions are HALF of what I used to eat! And 1% milk. Then more water until bed time. I consume AT LEAST 100 ounces of water a day. I do drink coffee in the morning but I use Splenda instead of sugar. I drink Ice Tea too but I use Splenda in that too. I DO NOT take ACE on Sunday! That is my day off, I do not over eat on those days, but I do not have a lot of energy.
