Read her success story! Before and after fitness success motivation from women who hit their weight loss goals and got THAT BODY with training and meal prep. Learn their workout tips get inspiration! | TheWeighWeWere.comMy Name is Heather, I’m 31..

Some of the questions I get..

1.) What is your secret? .. I wish there was a secret, But, there isn’t … I do low carb Atkins.. and I do work out’s, Which I will list, what I do… I wish there was a diet pill, or something over night to get rid of this fat, but it’s not.. You have to work at it, every day, It’s not a diet, it’s a life style change 😉 remember that!

2.) What kind of work out do I do? Truthfully, I am not there with the ” I love working out ” .. I hate it.. LOL! But, I love how I feel afterwards! I feel motivated, not lazy and like I accomplished something! I have a WII and i do Walk it out on the Wii, it’s my favorite game, and I been jogging instead of walking. Also I love, Love Leslie Sanson walk at home DVDS she is amazing, I have been using her’s since 2005! .. I got Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, but it kills me not there yet 😉 .. I want to start doing sit ups, etc, and work for my arms and Belly… to tone those up but I haven’t yet…

3.) What Motivated me to lose the weight? I was weighing in at 378 pounds.. I could not walk without being tired, I was 24, and I felt 50.. I felt Lazy, tired and just bad… I couldn’t play or run with my son, and I knew that I could die of a heart attack .. I had to change something.. So i decided for my son and myself to lose this weight… I had lost 150 pounds… and then in 2010.. I lost my mother, and I gained most of it back.. I was very depressed, sad, lost.. I lost hope, motivation.. and when I looked in the mirror i wasn’t happy, I knew this wasn’t what my mother wanted for me.. So I stopped eating Bread, Pasta, Candy, Fast food ETC and went back to Low Carb … But I wanted to lose some weight a little faster, so I tried HCG, And I did lost 27 pounds in 30 days, but it wasn’t healthy.. 500 calories a day? I was tired, grumpy and it was a diet.. so, I went back to low carb .. There are no easy days.. I am determined not to go back to my old ways.. No food is worth feeling ugly, and not beautiful over.. I love being healthy, skinnier, and I feel alive… So, when someone ask me if i have regrets about not eating this or that.. the answer is NO.. that food made me fat, feel nasty, and made me tired… I still eat, I eat more now then I did before, but I make healthy, better choices.. and I know how to say NO.. & I will say no =) Trust me!

4.) Am I embarrassed about posting my weight & before pictures? ABSOLUTELY NOT….If you would of asked me 7 year’s ago, 3 year’s ago, 5 months ago, I’d of told you yeah.. I had a list of ” Can see weight ” I was so embarrassed about my before weight.. But, I’ve lost 182 pounds, and I only have about 50-70 more to lose.. Trying to see how I will look, when I get to 150 before deciding how much more I want to lose.. So no, I am not embarrassed I will flood my facebook with my beginning weight, my current weight, & my pictures 😉 Just look at my facebook, lol you’ll see, I am not shy, not anymore, not about losing this fat… it’s going Bye Bye! =)

You look amazing and are a real inspiration. I am not an exercise lover either and it is refreshing to hear someone else admit it. It is a necessary chore to me but I will never “love it”. I am 52 and I am so glad you are changing your life when you have so many years ahead of you. Thank you!
