In an eighteen month period she lost 132 lbs.

She started out using Weight Watchers Point System and exercising at home with walking videos. Once she lost thirty or forty pounds, she had the courage to join a local ladies gym.

When the little workout salon came up for sale , Staci decided to purchase it and became certified as a circuit trainer, yoga and kick boxing instructor.

Six years have passed and she has been able to maintain her weight loss. The only change in diet has been she is now vegetarian.
