After school going out more drinking smoking and takeaways.

Feeling tired all the time , always being locked away in a room no motivation or drive to become anyone.Always felt lost where I was headed.

Growing up and looking back thinking what am I doing with my life where am I headed.

HOW DID YOU GET STARTED?
I started MMA kickboxing and was hooked.

HOW LONG AFTER YOU STARTED DID YOU BEGIN TO SEE RESULTS OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS?
With in months

WHAT WAS THE HARDEST PART?
Mentally motivating myself to get up and go and not to sit with thoses horrid comforts witch I thought made me happy.

DID YOU EVER WANT TO GIVE UP? WHAT KEPT YOU GOING?
Yes many of times it was mentally and physically draining being pushed way put of my comfort zone. But the feeling was the most satisfaction that I’m one more step closer to being fitter and having more energy.

DID YOU HIT ANY WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAUS? HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THEM?
Food has always been a comfort to me so food let me down alot I wasn’t educated enough on diet.

HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO LOSE MOST OF THE WEIGHT?
Over all over two years and still going towards Goals even now and that’s after six years.

DID YOU HAVE ANY NON-SCALE VICTORIES?
Building muscle being toned and feeling strong.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAILY DIET LOOK LIKE COMPARED TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?
Massively different it makes me feel sick and total shock what I was doing to my body.

HOW DOES YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY COMPARE TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?
Massively! I push right out of my comfort zone train 5/6 times a week and love being pushed and training very hard.

MY WEIGHT LOSS TIPS & TRICKS

  1. Eat regular but portion control
  2. Train 5 times a week
  3. Drink 2 litres of water a day
  4. Mix up training so you don’t get bored
  5. Keep positive people around you. Always strive for more.
