How I Lost It
I make my own low-cal dressing.
Mix together 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, 1/4 cup 2% Greek or plain yogurt, 1 teaspoon dill seasoning, salt, and pepper. So good and only 40 calories.
I work out on a budget.
Resistance bands are an affordable way to get toned. My favorite exercise: Stand on the band holding the ends and bend arms into a biceps curl. (Buy your own at spri.com.)
I make my splurges healthy.
Indulging in guacamole once in a while is okay because avocados contain a healthy monounsaturated fat that helps lower cholesterol and fills me up.
