I was totally embarrassed. I got serious about changing my exercise and eating habits when an acquaintance thought I was pregnant!
I turned to healthy snacks. Between meals I eat apple slices or veggies. Small bags of peanuts or almonds are always in my purse and my desk for a quick source of healthy protein.
I made exercising a family affair. The gravel trails in the rural area where I live are ideal for walks with my kids and husband. When the weather’s bad I work out to Leslie Sansone’s exercise DVDs or use the stairstepper at the gym.
