How I Lost It

I eat often. To make sure I never get too hungry and overindulge, I have a small meal every two hours. My favorite snacks are protein bars and grapes.

I dance it off. I heard about a Zumba (a Latin-inspired aerobic routine) class being offered at my local gym. I joined and now take six classes a week — I’m losing weight, toning and having a great time.

I check menus in advance. My family eats out at restaurants once a month. The night before we go, I check the menu online so I can plan a smart, low-calorie choice like salad or salmon.

    Hello Margrete let me first start by saying that you look amazing and very healthy. If you don’t mind me asking approximately how long was your transformation. did u work out other than zumba? Your story is so inspiring. I have lost 17.5lbs. since I started my life changing journey and I just could use a few more tips!!
