How I Lost It
I started losing for my health.
My brother died of a heart attack at age 40. That was my wake-up call. I knew I needed to lose the excess weight.
I punch up my cardio.
At the gym I run on the treadmill for 1 minute and then jump off and do squats for 30 seconds. I repeat the routine for 30 minutes. It works more muscle groups and keeps things exciting so I don’t get bored.
I do my homework.
I read books, magazines, and diet message boards for inspiration. In the beginning I watched YouTube videos to learn exercise moves.
