Couch Potato turns Obstacle Racer, over looming milestone birthday…

But the “Aha” moment came when I saw some New Years Eve party pictures of myself. The person in the pictures was NOT who I felt like inside, or who I wanted to be when I turned 30.
With a lot of help, and the discovery of the Spartan Race (obstacle racing) community, I have completely turned my life around. From couch potato to running half-marathon distance obstacle races up black diamond ski mountains with 35+ obstacles, is a pretty big difference.
