Ingredients:
2 pounds tomatoes, sliced
¼ cup olives, halved lengthwise
Zest of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lime
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation:
Arrange the tomato slices on a serving platter, overlapping them slightly. Sprinkle the tomatoes with the olives, lemon zest, lime zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper then serve.
