I started to lose weight and every time I decided I was ready I got pregnant. Finally in June 2012, 3 weeks after my last child, I decided once again that I was ready to make a change and to help myself! The weight wasn’t going to magically just fall off, like I always hoped it would. I needed to work for what I wanted to achieve, and work HARD! I started shakeology and turbo fire on June 22, 2012. By the end of my 90 days I lost 20 pounds and was in a size 10! Then I decided I needed more of a challenge, and I did insanity and I lost an aditional 12 pounds and another pant size! I am going to start P90x January 1st, to challenge myself even more!!! Today I am 10 lbs away from my goal weight! 32 pounds total since my journey of health and fitness has started this past June. Since November 2007 I have lost a total of 67 pounds! This is a never ending progress. Once I get to my goal, its also going to be work to maintain. I feel so much better and have really stepped out of my comfort zone. Working out and eating better has been a life style change. I eat healthier food, smaller portions, and workout 6 days a week.
