Learn their workout tips get inspiration! | TheWeighWeWere.comMaggie and I both were obese our whole lives.  We ran to food for comfort, while we were depressed and just because we loved it!  Now, after applying the principles taught through the Weigh Down Workshop, Maggie and I have together lost over 550 pounds!  The best part is that I have had it off for 7 years and Maggie for about 4 (she had 3 pregnancies mixed in!)  We are thankful to get to learn how to eat normal foods, but with God’s boundaries!
