She was weighing 180 pounds.

She now weighs 143.

“I decided against starting a formal commercial diet plan

…because I wanted to really change my eating habits forever,” she says.

Breakfast is an egg-white omelet with cheese and vegetables

…and whole-wheat toast and reduced-sugar preserves.

Lunch is usually a grilled chicken breast with salad

…and dinner is baked fish with a sweet potato and sauteed spinach.
