Learn their workout tips get inspiration! | TheWeighWeWere.comEveryday was getting worse i couldnt keep up with my son ,and even walking just a little distance ,i was out of breath .i deceided enough was enough .i was 230 pounds and being 5 foot 5 .i put in my mind thst i was going to lose the weight and i got very determined.i stopped eating fastfoods.i stopped eating junk ,and the hardest was cutting out the sweets .i started eating lots of fruits and vegatables.all my meals was portioned out and made sure there was plenty of proteins .the only time it got really hard was at night because i was used to eating late at night .i woud have a banana or some veggies and ii wouldnt be hungey ,slowly the weight came off with some excercise and eating changes.i was able to go from 230 pounds to 137 pounds in a years time .im so happy now i can do everything that i was once missing .the biggest thing is to stay determined .and you will make it .it was fro dec 2011 to dec 2012
