a new weigh for me

Read her success story! Before and after fitness success motivation from women who hit their weight loss goals and got THAT BODY with training and meal prep. Learn their workout tips get inspiration! | TheWeighWeWere.comI lost 95 pounds. I didn’t diet. I didn’t go to a weight loss center or take pills. I ate right and exercised regularly. It took me 8 months.

I have since gained over 50 pounds back due to several miscarriages and hormonal issues but I have that under control and decided to take the biggest leap in my life – I bought the gym I work out in. Since September 1, 2009 – I am now down 16.5 pounds by doing the same things I did before.

The main emphasis for me and my clients is that there is no quick fix. You have to change your attitude about working out and keep in mind that food is fuel – not a replacement for emotions. Journaling goes a LONG way. If you see on paper what you have eaten, it is a BIG eye-opener.

I also hold myself accountable for the remaining pounds of my weight loss and try to be the example for my clients. If I can do it, then I know they can find solutions for themselves. Again, there is no one quick fix – it is a lifestyle change and you have to remind yourself daily to do the right things. The good part is however that it only takes 30 days to create a habit – that includes good habits!
