I lost 40 lbs and went from a size 14 down to a 4 with an unconventional weight loss plan called The Fast-5 Diet or intermittent fasting. My inspiration to lose weight was my youngest child. As an older Mom, I knew I needed to get my act together and get in shape to keep up with her.
My strategy was to lose weight with The Fast-5 Diet by Dr. Bert Herring. My “Aha” moment was when I realized how easy intermittent fasting was to incorporate into my lifestyle…it is easier to just not eat for 19 hours out of my day, then to worry about how much or what kinds of foods to eat.
