I got off the depo shots and became pregnant. My daughter was my motivation. I was embarrassed to take pictures with her because I gained so much weight. I weighted 254 pounds. I couldn’t play with her outside because I was always tired.
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED?
I bought a workout dvd and I started working out from my bedroom. Day and night doing sit-ups and my workout dvd. I was eating vegetables and drinking water.

After a month of working out I went back to the doctor. I went from 254 pounds to 200 pounds and a month he was like what did you do you look amazing.

My fitness level today I’m more advanced. I workout 6 to 7 days a week. This my lifestyle now. I don’t want to go back to the heavier me when I couldn’t go up and down the stairs because I would give out of breath.
