When I looked At myself in the mirror and seen my stomach touching my thighs. I cried I screamed and told myself you don’t have money for surgery so it’s time to put in work.
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED? I must admit Herbalife was my starting point. I drank 2 shakes a day, ate healthy snacks, lots of water and healthy meals. Eating clean was was the toughest part especially with a husband who can eat anything and never gain and of course having 2 growing boys.
