70 Pounds Lost: Lowcarb works

I have eaten much sweets.

HOW DID YOUR WEIGHT AFFECT ANY ASPECT(S) OF YOUR LIFE?  Because of my weight I was bullied, clothes didnt fit, i got back pain and hate to swim in summertime.

WHAT WAS THE “TURNING POINT” THAT GOT YOU STARTED ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY?  I got really big problems with my back because if my weight. It felt as if I had a knife in the back. The doctor says that i should do some backsports loose weight and build some muscles to reduce the pain

HOW DID YOU GET STARTED?  First I paid attention to my diet. For me it was really important to eat lowcarb because i heard good things about lowcarb. After 3 months diet i began with sport. First with walking and after 6 months with light bodybuilding

HOW LONG AFTER YOU STARTED DID YOU BEGIN TO SEE RESULTS OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS?  After the 3 months of diet i saw, that my belly get flat. The biggest problem was my legs and my hips. But after i began with walking and sports insee that they reduce weight.

WHAT WAS THE HARDEST PART?  I love chocolate. It was really hard to find an alternativ for that, but theb i accept my love and eat dark chocolate. Today its still hard to control myself to eat less of chocolate but if you want to loose weight for your health then you can control yourself

HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO LOSE MOST OF THE WEIGHT?  After 6 months ive lost 20 pounds then it take really time to loose more weight. But i was prepared because before k start my diet i searched the journey and there nehativ sides on the internet.
And if you dont give up by these weightlosspause, you will never give up.

My daily diet looks like:
Mornings: 1 proteinshake, 45g cornflakes with milk and an apple
Noon: some nuts, chickenbreast with rise ord veggis
Afternoon: 1 proteinshake, salad with chicken and veggies.


  1. Dont eat less. Eat right
  2. Do 2 times a week 45min liss( low intensity cardio) and 2 times a week (after weighttraining) 15 min hiit( highintensityintervalltraining.)
  3. Est much of protein
  4. Count calories
  5. Drinking water
