Back in May 2016, I started experiencing excessive thirst, vision loss and always tired.

When the doctors told me how high and severe my glucose levels were I knew I needed change.
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED?
I started off slow. I started eating the right foods (healthier options) and exercising light. I was put on a high protein low carb diet.
HOW LONG AFTER YOU STARTED DID YOU BEGIN TO SEE RESULTS OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS?
Within 5 days I lost 5 lbs. I couldn’t believe it so I just kept at it and started seeing more results every 2 weeks.
WHAT WAS THE HARDEST PART?
Not liking to walk and not being able to wear the clothes that I wanted to wear. With that being said I had to put in my mind that if I wanted change I had to change those habits so I started walking and now I love it

What kept me going is not wanting to be on meds for the rest of my like and looking at pics of my transformation.

Last month my weight stalked. I didn’t lose but I didn’t gain. I kinda got discouraged at first but then I realized that I’ve come too far to just give it all up

It has gotten better and a lot easier. My walking really helps because it also keeps me toned too. I’m not as tired as I was when I was heavier
MY WEIGHT LOSS TIPS & TRICKS
- Drink Plenty of water
- Stay away from sugary foods and drinks
- Eat/drink lots of protein
- Stay away from fried foods.
