I seemed to always struggle with weight but I really put on the pounds after I was married.

I was miserable in my own skin. My clothes wouldn’t fit and I did NOT want to buy bigger clothes. I was following a friend on Instagram who was doing the Whole 30. After a lot of fighting internally with myself, I decided to go for it and haven’t stopped yet.

I saw results within the first week. I took weekly pictures and it was a big difference.

I actually never had the thought of giving up. I felt so great from eating clean foods and seeing the results really motivated me.
DID YOU HIT ANY WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAUS? HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THEM?
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO LOSE MOST OF THE WEIGHT?
I’m still on this journey but to where I am now it took less than 6 months.

All kinds! Better complexion no achy joints and bones, more energy etc.

I workout every Monday – Friday mornings. Before you couldn’t get me to take a walk around the block.
